Prices and Information
All prices are per person, unless otherwise stated, and include local taxes, covering the services listed on each tour. If you have any doubts about what is included, do not hesitate to ask. The distances and duration of each tour are indicated only for the route to arrival and do not include intermediate stops. They can be changed upon agreement, but with possible additional charges. At Athens Day Trip, we may change itineraries, prices, and departure times for our tours without notice. However, we will make every effort to adhere to what we advertise.
Safety and Personal Protection
We recommend that you obtain your own travel insurance for personal coverage. Athens Day Trip will not be responsible for your personal safety, belongings, or any unforeseen events during the tour. Each participant is responsible for their own health and safety. Please show us your purchase confirmation email at the beginning of the tour and follow the guide’s instructions.
Punctuality
Be on time as stated in your tour description. If you are late, it will be considered a “no-show,” and you will not receive a refund.
Reservation and Payment
Please provide accurate information when booking. Full prepayment is required to confirm your reservation, and you can pay via PayPal with a credit or debit card. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Keep this as proof of purchase and show it on the day of the tour. Please notify us immediately of any errors.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before the tour for a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations will not receive a refund. Tours require a minimum number of participants to operate, and we may cancel and refund if necessary.
