Cancellation & Change Policy for One-Day Tours

I. CANCELLATIONS

  • Up to 3 business days before the excursion: 100% refund.
  • From 2 business days before the excursion: No refund. However, you have the right to participate in another excursion of equal or lesser value.
  • Upon departure (Non-show): No refund.

II. DATE or DESTINATION CHANGE

  • Up to 1 business day before the excursion: You can change the date or even the destination of your excursion, without charge, provided that there is availability.
    • Note: In case the new option has a higher price, the difference is paid by the traveler.

III. REFUND

Refunds will be made within 15 business days from the date you cancelled the tour, in accordance with the refund policy. Whenever you cancel a tour, you must contact us via email or phone at +30 694 261 4700

In the event of a cancellation by us, we will inform you of how to refund or transfer the amount to another tour, without any action being required from you. Refunds will only be made via the payment method used for your original order, such as PayPal. For credit/debit card payments via PayPal, the refund will be made directly to the card used. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank. Please feel free to contact your bank for more details.

Definition of a Business Day: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
